Reinforced Welded Mesh for Strengthening Features:
Welded steel is made with the same or different diameters of steel bars arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions in a certain pitch then welded together. All crossing points are formed together with the spot welding. This is a new, high efficiency, energy saving, construction material for reinforced concrete structures directly welded in the factory in modular style. This product is to replace the hand-stretched steel bar. Made with different types of hot-rolled (I, II, III) welded steel, cold drawn steel bars or cold-rolled ribbed steel bars welded.

Reinforced welded mesh mat or sheet applications:
Made by computer-controlled welding procedures, the welded steel bar mesh panel has ensured welding quality and steel pitch stability, without loss of steel strength and cross-sectional area of the original. It is widely used in concrete constructions.
Advantages:
Using of Tatall cold-rolled ribbed steel bars welded panels has the following advantages compared with traditional reinforced (carbon steel bar): (1) to save more than 33% of steel, reducing costs 10% -30%; ( 2) increase the speed of construction; shorten the duration of about 80%; (3) to improve the quality of engineering structures. The concrete reinforced with smooth reinforcement wire fabric with uniform distribution of strength. The deviation is small and the anti- cracking performance is increased by 75%.
